For our guests who are thinking of moving to Minami-boso area or living in two bases (dual life), it can also be used as a base for finding a place to live. You can cook in the island kitchen overlooking the living room.

Bedroom and laundry are located on the 1st floor. There are 4 Japanese-style rooms with a calm appearance, totaling 30 tatami mats. Please feel free to have your time in a spacious house.

The dining room for 4 people is a space where you can relax and relax. The kitchen is equipped with an IH cooking heater, microwave oven, rice cooker, refrigerator-freezer, and cooking utensils.

Cooking is ok.
Even if you buy seasonal side dishes from the shop in Minamiboso, it's also ok

For business use, the dining room can be used as a meeting room.
There are 3 calm Japanese-style rooms with 8 tatami mats (24 tatami mats in total). An indoor bath, washing machine, and dryer are also available, so long-term stays are OK.

Iwai Beach is 90 minutes from Tokyo by highway. The sandy beach is 200 meters from the Hanare cottage.
It is also ideal as a base for enjoying Minamiboso for playing in the sea, fishing, and walking.

The first floor is a hall, and the second floor is a space that caters to two purposes: business and private.
On the 2nd floor, there are a remote work room (private room) which is ideal for WEB meetings, 3 Japanese-style rooms, a counter kitchen room (cookable), a microwave oven, refrigerator-freezer, cooking utensils, a bathroom, and a washing machine. Both short-term and long-term stays capable.

With the highest priority given to concentrating on web conferencing and PC work, the simple installation consists of a Wi-Fi environment, an L-shaped desk, an office chair that emphasizes sitting comfort, a white roll screen, a tower-type outlet, and a desk light.
